Nice to meet you! I'm Wilson, PA-C and this is my wife, Stephanie, NP-C.

In 2019, we were new graduates working as full-time oncology providers.

On paper, it looked like we had everything figured out: six-figure income, work-life balance, stable job, the white coat.

But when we looked at the lives of our peers ahead of us - It was a very different reality.

The real truth is: PAs & NPs actually have very little freedom in terms of their time or money.

Despite working 40+ hour weeks, they don't get ahead financially – and actually live paycheck-to-paycheck while being buried in student loans, credit card debt, and mortgages.

Many have very little savings or investments and barely have time to see their loved ones.

We thought “is this really it?”

Did we really work and study our whole lives to get to this . . . only to have a future full of burnout, financial stress, and limited options?

So we started looking into career and investing strategies to get us financial freedom and time flexibility ASAP . . .

In THREE years:

We secured high-paying jobs with flexible hybrid schedules & competitive benefits
We invested 7-figures into our retirement accounts, stocks, and syndications
We purchased 54-units of long-term rentals and 2 luxury vacation rentals
Created six-figures of income annually outside of our W2 jobs

So we started looking into career and investing strategies to get us financial freedom and time flexibility ASAP . . .

In less than FIVE years:

We secured high-paying jobs with flexible hybrid schedules & competitive benefits
We invested 7-figures into our retirement accounts, stocks, and syndications
We purchased 54-units of long-term rentals and 2 luxury vacation rentals
We created six-figures of income annually outside of our W2 jobs

We didn't want this future for ourselves . . .

Achieving these milestones was great . . .

But more importantly, it allowed us to retire our parents, pay off the family mortgage, and comfortably reduce our clinical hours very early on in our careers.

We took back our freedom faster than we could have imagined.

The best part?

We didn't have to wait 30+ years to get here!
